Dive into this luxurious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home. Wrapped in large windows, you won't miss the ocean and mountain views from the spacious living room. Furnished with comfort and style in mind, the oversized L-shaped couch and rocking recliners are a great place to settle into after a long day on the beach. Get cozy with the gas fireplace in the living room or the fire pit on the deck.



Attention to detail was noticed in the dining area. The wrap-around bench-style seating and the live edge wood table bring a touch of elegance to any home-cooked meal. As you flow into the updated kitchen, you will see the combination of the highest-quality materials and top-of-the-line appliances. A minibar that includes a choice of glasses, a wine rack, and a wine cooling unit is near the door leading to the backyard.



The backyard provides a great space for grilling on the gas BBQ. Enjoying a relaxing dip in the hot tub after a long day at the beach. Lunch can be served on the oversized wooden picnic table. Enjoy a bask in the sun on the multi-colored Adirondack chairs.



The bedroom on the main level has a queen bed, dresser, TV, and a walk-in closet directly next to a full modern bathroom with a shower. Upstairs the primary king bedroom has plenty of amenities: a dresser, TV, gas fireplace, and ocean views. The primary bathroom has a double vanity and a shower with dual shower heads. Also located on the second floor is a spacious queen bedroom with access to the large hall bathroom. The kid's room contains two sets of bunk beds and a TV.



Down in the basement is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. All necessary detergents are provided for your convenience. The contemporary garage holds four bikes, a foosball table, beach toys, beach chairs, and a wagon.

Getting Around:

If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.
