This home sits just above Roses Lake, which is a great spot for year-round fishing for planted rainbow trout, largemouth bass, sunfish, and some very nicely sized bluegill. A boat launch and public fishing access are just over a mile away. The Chelan Valley is home to many wineries and tasting rooms, with Hard Row to Hoe and Tildio Winery each only a mile away. Head into downtown Manson (two miles south) to find delicious eateries, local shops, and great swimming at Manson Bay Park. For boating on Lake Chelan, you'll find a launch at Old Mill Park and rentals at Shoreline Watercraft in town. The charming community of Chelan is also eight miles down-lake and boasts more restaurants, boutiques, and family fun at Slidewaters Waterpark. And come snowfall, head up to Echo Valley for tubing, skiing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing, just nine miles away.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
