'I called just to confirm that we would be able to go to the office to collect the keys on Sunday and that the office would definitely be open , even had an email confirming this but this was not the case - luckily for us someone in the office was able to call us to confirm the process that we had to take to collect the keys , just as well that we had a signal where we were on the time of the call !! 'The hotel was excellent - a modern hotel with excellent furnishings. Housekeeping went out of their way to help. The serving staff were personable and helpful but the service at meal times was slow because there was not enough staff. Down side was the poor control of parking (cost £15 per night) and I witnessed one customer very irate because his car was blocked in.
