'Me agradó la ubicación, su piscina, su bar y la habitación. No me agradó mucho: el desayuno, pues le faltó pan, fruta y jugo. Y a los jardines y árboles una buena podada.'

'Front desk was super accommodating and was able to get us checked in a few hours earlier than expected. They were friendly, helpful and the room was so clean and modern. The european energy saving amenties and fixtures were a first for us and we loved it!'

'Amazing property, couldn t be cleaner. The staff are trained at a very highly level; all very courteous; we really enjoyed the various restaurants and considering it is an all inclusive the food was actually pretty good. I have been to DR 3 times and would for sure consider staying here again. It was my wedding anniversary and they even had a ribbon on your door celebrating us! Loved every moment thank you for making our time wonderful'

However, the check-in process was significantly hindered by a lack of clear, proactive communication and instructions from the host, which created an unnecessary challenge upon arrival. Once inside, we noted that the unit is in need of substantial maintenance and repair. Specifically, several fixtures and appliances appeared to be in disrepair.
