« Everything was fine. The air conditioner worked well as did the hot water heater. The apartment is small but it is sufficient. The stove top only has 2 heating elements and they are so close to each other that it's practically impossible to use both at the same time, but I was still able to cook a delicious meal. The greatest convenience is the proximity to so many shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. »

« One of the most beautiful houses we stayed at, so far the best in Manila the modern decoration is amazing and you can find everything you need inside the house, the street is safe and quiet, and the staff are very nice and welcoming, I strongly recommend it »

« Love the high floor location and the view is priceless! We had the best fireworks show view facing Rockwell and the entire manila sky lit up with tons of amazing firework to see. However, the unit can use some TLC. It’s not well maintained. They have old AC units that should’ve been replaced/removed. Also, we didn't get any instructions during check in so we didn’t have wifi for the first day. The lobby doesn’t let you use their wifi. Apparently, you have to be a gold member to use their wifi....

Facilities and breakfast food were subpar, and location is unpractical. My family and i also find the cleanliness of the ammenities to be underwhelming and dated that it does not justify the price point of what we paid. »
