𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
• For each guest staying in the property, please provide a clear copy of a valid government-issued ID (passport for foreigners), along with the guest's email address.
• Only guests whose requirements have been submitted and approved by the building administration will be accommodated.
• All submitted documents are used solely for the mandatory Guest Authorization Form required by the building administration, security, and concierge.
• Please take note of weekends and holidays. The administration office operates only on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is closed on weekends and public holidays.
• All requirements must be submitted at least five (5) working days before check-in. Earlier submission (5–14 working days prior to arrival) is highly recommended to avoid delays.
• Late submission of requirements will incur an Assistance Fee:
- ₱300 for minor processing assistance
- ₱1,000 if personal assistance, and manual coordination with the administration and security personnel is required due to failure to submit on time. (₱2000 for holidays & weekends)

• No approved Guest Authorization Form = No Entry.
• As required by SMDC Property Management and building security, guests without prior approval from the administration will not be allowed access to the property. Any assistance requested after the submission deadline may require the personal appearance of the host or co-host and will be subject to the applicable Assistance Fee.
• Management reserves the right to assign or reassign guests to another unit of the same room type, or an equivalent or higher category if necessary, due to operational requirements, maintenance, or repairs requiring immediate attention
𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲/𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 :
For last-minute or same-day bookings, we need 1 to 2 hours to register you with the building's administration and management. This is because each property has its own check-in rules and procedures for guests', which we must follow.
• Bookings after 9am are subject for approval.
• Admin Office is only open from 9am to 5pm.
• For example, if your check-in time is at 2:00 PM, please expect that the complete registration process may take until 4:30 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and patience with us and the building's staff, especially at SMDC properties.
• You'll have the entire studio to yourself for complete privacy.
• Enjoy the convenience of self check-in, allowing you to arrive at your own pace.

Electricity Bill (stays for 20 days or more)
• Bill must not exceed P3000 for the month
• Any excess charge shall be at guests' expense
• Electricity consumption will be monitored regularly to avoid abnormal usage or unexpected charges, and we may notify you if usage is nearing the limit
• Abnormal electricity usage detected during your stay will be charged even if your stay is less than 20 days.
• Crypto mining, any high-power computing activity , unauthorized appliance is strictly prohibited. Any violations will incur charges and possible termination of stay.
• In the event of additional charge, we will be providing the bill details and a pro-rated calculation based on your stay.
• Kindly allow us time to receive the bill details.
