« Room was clean, quiet, air conditioned and staff was accommodating. Room had some condition issues, room phone not working, towels were thin and dingy and breakfast was not great. They could add fruit for an upgrade. I went to the desk to find out why our room was not serviced(couldn’t call bc phone not working) only to see the sign that says rooms are serviced M/W/F. That’s probably standard but I think that should have been verbalized at check-in. Nice location though. If we stay here...
