'My stay was ok. When I got to my room my TV didn't work but the front desk attendant was able to fix it. The mini bar lights up which is annoying when trying to sleep. I couldn't figure how to turn it off and ended up putting a blanket over it. It also made a noise that was distruptive to my sleep. It was a fine hotel but there are better in the area.'

'Fantastic location - right on the beach and that cannot be beaten. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. We received a room upgrade which was great. The only negative I can say is that the property needs some $ spent on maintenance - a few things are broken and need repair - it didn’t affect our stay but if fixed would bring this unique vintage property to a 5 star all around. '

'Great family run business in a very convenient location. It allows you to leave the car at the hotel and walk to Manhattan Beach or Hermosa. It is safe, clean, friendly staff and affordable. I always stay here when I am in CA for business.'

It was $15/night to park in their lot. Great location with lots of food options across the street a the beach right down the road. '

'The air conditioner didn’t work'

'Het gebouw is slecht geïsoleerd, meerdere keren wakker geworden, het ontbijt was beperkt, geen eieren, vleeswaren of kaas , geen verse broodjes, erg beperkt . Slecht gerenoveerd. '
