The apartment is located on the second floor of a house in the historic center. It’s a very peaceful and quiet area; only the sound of the church bells reminds you that you’re in the heart of town. The apartment features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen smart TV, a dining area with a table and four chairs, and a modern kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and espresso machine. A small hallway separates the living area from the sleeping area, which consists of two bedrooms: a large one with a double bed and a smaller one with two single beds. Finally, there is a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. Air conditioning is available in both the sleeping and living areas.
Going down the stairs leads to a courtyard located 50 meters from a beautiful little square with a lake view, where there’s always a lively atmosphere—in fact, there are various establishments, including restaurants, pizzerias, and bars, all featuring outdoor seating where you can socialize and enjoy a breathtaking view.
Near the small square, there is a large, free public parking lot. From the square, you can reach the beaches, which are about 1.7 km away. You can also go on beautiful hikes around the Manerba fortress.
