'Beautiful home that sits at the end of a well-maintained dirt road. If you're "city folk", you might find the drive up (consisting of some twists and turns) intimidating, but it's navigable in 2WD/FWD during non-winter times. I drove it a number of times in 2WD in a half-ton pickup and another drove it in a FWD car, no issues. Now onto the visit - we had a hiccup at the beginning, but the owner stayed on top of it and got the issue resolved. After that it was smooth sailing. The photos on...

'Overall it was very pleasant and quiet. Lots of deer, turkeys and one bear. The most well behaved cat also lives there under the porch. Hot tub and hammockwas very relaxing. Cobwebs on most light fixtures, mattresses in both upstairs and downstairs main bedrooms were worn out. A couple cooking pots were so old and worn out, they were not usable. Minor things, but very fixable. Artwork was beautiful!'

'This was my third time staying at Holly’s s place. It was the perfect size for us. The location was great for walking into town which we did quite a bit. The Animas River is located a street away. We loved sitting on the porch watching the city deer hang out in the yard. Holly’s place had everything we needed and she was very responsive.'

Great location within walking distance to the river walking trail, a brewery, a coffee shop and other eateries. Lots of space for the whole family and our pets with a great living room and dinning room with fantastic views. Lots of games, books and entertainment! The well equipped kitchen made a great environment to cook in. The bedrooms were a nice size and the beds are very comfortable....
