'I wasn’t even allowed to stay in my room until Wednesday. They kicked me out Tuesday with one hours notice saying they had other complaints from other people staying at the property but when I asked if I could see any of the complaints or no what nature they were who they came from, I was denied access to any of that so without real reason, they threaten to call the cops if I weren’t off the property in one hour, I would like my money back for all of Wednesday stay because I did not stay there...

'Water for showers was freezing cold. Had to wait an hour for water to warm up. Complained to the hotel staff and they were not demonstrate any concern. Never cleaned the room nor the waste basket. We had to get bags from the front desk to replace our garbage bags in the room. Total disappointment!'

'Checked in at 930 pm. Had to wait for someone to wake up and walk downstairs to check in. Got to room and people were outside with multiple beers lined up. Went into room saw black mold, couch that had multiple stains and burn holes, toilet didn’t flush, just nasty!'

'This was such a beautiful and relaxing place. Thompson is a quaint get away about an hour from Hartford and Boston. And this inn was gorgeously redesigned. We had a lovely drink on the patio with friends and then a very restful nights sleep.'
