Parfait mais sans eaux chaudes

Pour le prix de la nuitĂ©e, il manquait de l’eau chaude dans la douche . La chambre Ă©tait parfaite avec balcon donnant sur la piscine.

hotel agréable et propre bien entretenu

bon sĂ©jour Ă  renouveler. Je conseille cet hotel mĂȘme si je l'ai frĂ©quentĂ© lors d'un sĂ©jour de travail. Il est bien situĂ© dans une rue calme et donne sur un jardin entretenu et rafraichissant.

Hotel Europeo a Managua

Agreable (superbe patio), fonctionnel (Internet et Wifi), sans doute le meilleur choix a Managua dans cette gamme de prix.

The staff were lovely especially reception. Breakfast was ok. It seemed to be in an area that didn't have much especially if you didn't have a car. The room was very basic and a very scruffy dirty area at the bottom of the stairs.

Frustrating Check-In Experience

The check-in process was complicated. Despite providing the reservation number and showing screenshots proving that everything was already paid, they didn’t believe me as a customer and left me waiting for 30 minutes.

The security guard was great he was the one who actually informed me that there was a pub. The woman who was the serving breakfast was great also. I'd say there's a major issue with management. It definitely wasn't the of experience I was hoping for.

Not very clean

This hotel is poorly managed the lines are stained and the tv did not work, the AC was extremely noisy, the room was not very clean. Im sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel

Was giving a horrible room not what i had reserved.. Room was. Ugly bed blankets stained pillows were stained disgusting I complained to management told them room i was giving was disgusting. Was given another room. Pool was dirty Next day i requested for another set og towels was not approved looks like guess have to use same towel for several days .

It was average overall. I remembered before booking it to make sure it was family friendly and if it had laundry. I try using the laundry and the front desk told us they do not have laundry for customers and we cannot use theirs . I asked where I can do my laundry and She said somewhere in a colony? 😅 She was not helpful at all and refuse to further help me .

This hotel and their staff is garbage! I arrived and tried to bring a bottle of alcohol into my room and they did not want to allow it and tried forcing me to buy it from them. Their bar closed at 7pm and they didn't have any service and wanted to force their security guard to serve us beers so we would buy it from them. I have never experienced such nasty service. Will never stay here again

Lovely pool but average service

The pool area was lovely and the rooms were ok but nothing fancy. The service wasn’t great at all. You need to be able to speak Spanish to stay here. On the day before our last I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi, the receptionist didn’t write down the info so when I saw her later in the day I asked her was everything ok with the taxi. She smiled and nodded. At 06.30 the next morning the phone in our room rang and it was the receptionist asking what time we wanted the taxi. I told her again and then, even after this, the taxi arrived half an hour early!

Not so good. The hotel is pretty. No hot water, there was a water leak through the ceiling light. Found a roach in the bed.

Hotel Europe’s has a beautiful setting

Friendly staff, spacious room, and pretty setting are attractive features for this hotel. The breakfast menu is a little limited however. We are staying here 3 different times during this trip.

All worked well

I made a mistake on my check out date. The group in the hotel worked hard to accommodate me despite a very busy situation for them. They were great.

A good hotel for a quick stop in Managua. Room was adequate and no frills. Air conditioning was nice to have. Access to a pool and good food and beers at the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful in arranging a taxi for our early morning flight.

Hotel in a home area

First of all there are no queen size beds in this hotel although they claim or think they are, however after insisting in changing out I could not since I could not get hold of Expedia via Skype, wire etc due to the extremely slow internet. Note they supposedly have high speed internet via cable but no cables available bring your own. Restaurant menu very limited. Locals are entering the pool with their kids at a fee = noice from about 6-7 in the morning

Nice little local-style hotel!

Nice little hotel. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside courtyard area is very quaint. It was clean, a little older, but ok. For foreigners visiting, this isn't an American style hotel, but a nice local hotel- so expect some differences. The service was wonderful, and it had a decent breakfast. The only real issue I had was that the internet was "spotty" at times and not too strong a signal.

The courtyard and pool area were under renovation when I stayed. Looks like the courtyard/pool will be especially nice once renovations are complete.
