Mountainback Unit 120 newly remodeled, new floors, kitchen, appliances and beds. This is the unit for you if you want to be the first on the lifts! Condo 120 is also perfect for relaxing after a day of adventuring Mammoth!

Maximum Occupancy: This condo sleeps 8 comfortably.

Bed Arrangement: This unit has a queen in both the master and second bedroom and a euro bunk bed in the loft with the bottom trundle that pulls out, this unit comfortably sleeps 8 people.

Unit Amenities: There are flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. WIRELESS connection available compliments of the owner. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure, with all new stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer are also available for use!

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!

The premises has 6 jacuzzi's and 1 swimming pool open in the summer with bbq area!

Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

Great location but with a couple issues

We had a great time at this property. The location to the slopes is incredible! We had some issues with lots of pet hair on the floor and seating area in the living room. The floors were also dirty and dusty in the living room and kitchen. We used the vacuum in the hallway closet to clean up the floors. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean except for hair in one of the showers. The fireplace pilot was not lit, there was a perfume sample on the hearth of the fireplace, and a dead cricket on the floor. I think we may have been the first to stay in this place for the ski season. We eventually got the fireplace pilot lit on our second day. We replaced the batteries in the fireplace remote with working batteries from another remote but couldn’t get the remote to work. We turned the fireplace on and off with the black remote receiver box in the bottom of the fireplace. Wall heater in entry is missing a knob so it was hard to adjust. I recommend bringing pliers to adjust it easier. With a couple repairs and a little cleaning this place would have been so amazing! The balcony was great for storing our ski and snowboard gear. When we got back from the slopes.

Nice clean place

Overall it was a really great place to stay. It was clean and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. Kitchen was newly remodeled and had the necessary appliances. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue I had was that because the snow covered all the signs on the buildings, it was really hard to tell which driveway to turn into. I wish they had signs higher up on the buildings to tell us the driveway that corresponds to the unit #.

Comfortable and Clean and Walking Distance to Canyon Lodge

The cabin was immaculate. It was very comfortable too. It took us about 8 minutes to walk to Canyon Lodge in regular snow boots. We left all the ski gear in lockers at the mountain. There is a great kitchen if you plan to cook meals.

Easy Access to Mammoth Mountain

Spacious, clean and comfortable. New looking, well-equipped kitchen & bathrooms. Smart TVs with cable & access to streaming services. Quick walk to Canyon Lodge, not far from grocery store & village area with shops and restaurants. We had a great time here.

Comfortable Mammoth ski condo

The condo was spacious and very comfortable for our family ski trip to Mammoth. The furniture and decor is slightly dated, but the updated bathrooms and kitchen were great. The location is conveniently within walking distance from Canyon Lodge, even in ski boots.

Nice accommodations!

Really enjoyed your condo!! Good location. Suggestions for future rentals would be to provide bar or pump soap in bathroom sinks ,dish towels and kitchen trash bags Dryer does not work very well- had to run the cycles 3-5 times to dry the clothes ! Also let renters know they have to hike up three levels of stairs from parking garage.
