Not really good
L'insonorisation est horrible, on entends tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. De plus aucun lit double n'existe et les lits ont des roulettes donc se deplace au moindre mouvement.

Fabuleux
Le sejour etait merveilleux, comme lhotel. Une belle découverte au point de promonger le sejour d'une nuit. Tout est beau propre neuf, le buffet est de qualité et varié. L'équipe est très agréable. Vraiment je le recommande pour en avoir testé d'autres sur Majorque celui ci est vraiment mon préféré à tout points de vue.

So close to the beach, shops, bars/restaurants and for the bus to and from the airport and Magaluf. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. The food was lovely, good variety and great that it’s up to 1:30pm! My only gripe would be that our room was extremely hot during the night and the air con was turned off. When talking to reception about it I was told there was nothing they could do and to open the door! This wasn’t the safest solution when I was there on my own with my 11 year old son!

NÃO RESERVAR AQUI
Recebi um quarto para mobilidade condicionada e a casa de banho adaptada o que não foi nada bom porque estava sempre tudo mudado. Encontrei cabelos no duche e formigas no quarto. A recepção totalmente incompetente e a diretora escondeu-se para não falar comigo e tentar resolver a situação. Terrível. Pequeno almoço de muito fraca qualidade também.

Very modern Hotel with nice view and only 3mins to the Beach. We enjoyed the brunch a lot as there‘s a lot of options and also during lunch Time every day a different meal (Pizza, Wraps,..). The rooms are a bit small but have everything you need and comfortable beds and a nice balcony to spend the evening or see the sunrise from the sea Side. The staff were friendly and nice.

Good hotel for a short stay but some minor issues
Location was great. Food nice. Not enough storage space and walls were too thin. You could hear the next room take clothes off the hangers. The showers were pretty poor. You had to decide if you wanted a hot shower or good water pressure. Not both.

깔끔하지만 편안하진 않은 호텔
그냥 깔끔한 싼 모텔급 호텔입니다ㅠ 건물 외관,로비 다 굉장히 깔끔하고 방은 사진보다 작아요 그치만 더러운건 없었고 화장실 상태도 깨끗했어요. 온수도 잘 나왔고요 문제는 침대가.. 완전 꺼져서 허리가 아파 제대로 잘수 없었고 이불은 정말 홑겹 린넨 하나에 옆에 담요를 따로 놔줍니다.. 여기서 충격먹고 다음날 다른 곳으로 옮겼네요ㅠㅠ그리도 복도 소리가 다 들립니다 밤에 여자분들이 늦게 술마시고 들어와서 복도에서 떠드는게 다 들리더라고요 주차는 호텔 안에 무료로 할 수 있어서 좋았고 조식도 나름 잘 나왔어요 싼값에 마요르카 호텔 찾으신다면.. 가시고 그치만 비추에요

Fueron muy amables desde la llegada. Marcela y Eleonora nos ayudaron mucho y siempre estuvieron con muy buena disposición. El problema lo tuvimos por las noches. Escogimos el hotel porque habían reseñas de que era tranquilo y familiar, pero de las 4 noches que nos alojamos, solo pudimos dormir bien 1 de ellas. Los ruidos en los pasillos, gritos y portazos a las 4 de la madrugada fueron recurrentes. Una pena, porque en general el hotel nos pareció muy bien. Pero al no descansar, no disfrutamos nuestras vacaciones como queríamos.

Great place to stay
Nice, clean accommodation in a great location. Bottomless breakfast was convenient and served until 1.30pm with different food added for lunch time. There were plenty of sun loungers available so no fighting for a spot around the pool. At night, there is a nice seating area outside to relax and have a drink from the bar. I’d definitely recommend the white sangria! Only criticism was service on reception was slow.

Great hotel.
Started off with a few issues but got sorted by a woman I beleive was manager/supervisor. After that everthing was great. Great room, great view, nice pool, most other guests was considerate but was a few who wasn't so much. The food was great and fantastic it was included. The staff working in the food area was always friendly and helpful.

Check in issue.
It's a great hotel, my only issue is that, they say on the page that they can check you in before 15 o'clock if you're early but that's far from the true. We came to the hotel around 9:30 and they refused to check us in til 15 o'clock, and they were very rude about it. Didn't even consider that one of my friends was sick and alomst fainted. Yet we waited 5 hours and half.

Please note that rooms can indeed be delivered before 3pm, but of course if they are available i.e. in case the hotel if full and our guests check-out at noon, they will have to be cleaned and prepared for new guests. Perfetto il brunch fino alle 13.30! Camera con balcone su piscina. Ottima la vicinanza alla fermata del bus e al centro di Magaluf dove si trova la vita notturna.
