Personnel souriant, compétent et accueillant
Une semaine mi mai passée dans cet hôtel. Personnel vraiment sympathique faisant tout pour satisfaire les clients. Bon contact et souriant avec toujours un mot gentil, s'adaptants aux langues parlées. Locaux agréables et propres. Seul bémol, un peu bruyant (un hôtel etait en construction juste à côté...). Bonne exposition proche des plages, bars et magasins.

Personnel accueillant
Les + : personnel très accueillant et serviable, le directeur qui se met en 4 pour les clients, très gentil et accessible. Buffet varié et bon. Propose des activités en partenariat comme la plongée et sports nautiques à proximité. Les - : très bruyant côté route, et à côté de l'ascenseur, literie à ressorts pas top. Des fuites dans l'hôtel quand il pleut. Mauvaise isolation phonique des chambres mais en cours de rénovation donc peut-être mieux dans les années à venir. Pas vraiment un coin que l'on a aimé car trop urbanisé pour nous. Mais avec une voiture, on a découvert de jolies criques plus tranquilles et des villages sympas. 2ème fois à Majorque, On a préféré la côte Est de l'île mais la côte ouest est idéale pour les randonnées et le sud vers Palma pour le côté festif.

Bienvenu chez les Tuches !!!
Nous avons été très déçus dés notre arrivée à l'hôtel. En effet, les photos que nous avions vu étaient trompeuses , tout particulièrement en ce qui concernait les 3 piscines ??? il n'y en a qu'une , nous n avons d'ailleurs pas pu en profiter car les " habitués " se l' accaparaient tôt le matin ... Le ménage n'a pas été fait dans notre chambre pendant 2 jours ( sur 5 nuits de réservées ) . La vaisselle n'était pas toujours très propre et le buffet pas très varié qui m'a valu 2 jours de gastro .... De petits insectes se trouvaient également sur les murs du réfectoire , en autre , car nous avons été couverts de piqures !!!! Les nuits étaient également relativement bruyantes car certains vacanciers profitaient sans doute un peu trop du all inclusive (alcool) .

Hotel vieillissant profitant d'un bon emplacement
Hotel bien placé. Cependant une rénovation de l'hôtel semble nécessaire. Le mobilier laisse parfois à désirer. Vous avez un buffet à volonté. C'est un trois étoiles espagnol, ainsi la qualité de nourriture est souvent basique. Les sodas ne sont pas coupés à l'eau. Un bar snack est disponible entre 11h et 23h servant de l'alcool à volonté.

Je le recommande vivement !!
L’hôtel est très bien situé, à moins de 20 min de tout (Magaluf, Palma, centre commercial, aéroport...) Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent, les repas très diversifiés, même si c pas du gastronomique, avec le prix on s'y attends et on s'en contente très bien ! La chambre est bien et spacieuse, me seul hic est que les femmes de ménage passent tous les 2 jours mais le reste est niquel. Fin septembre il fait encore 30 degrès !! Je le conseille vivement, si j'ai l'occasion d'y retourner je reviendrais là bas sans hésiter !!

cadre vieillot,animation inexistante ou cadré pour enfant et personnes âgées,insonorisation de la chambre inexistant impossible de ce reposer avant minuit, téléviseur 36cm trop petit pour la pièce,poire de douche plein de tartre je inexistant . mais dans le positif repas correct il manque de petit détail pour être un bon complexe notre voyage a Majorque a la cala d or était superbe avec avec Marmara donc les tarifs était égale avec des prestations meilleurs

Recent trip to Palmanova
I stayed here with one of my friends (ages 26-27). The hotel is around 40 euros from the airport via taxi. The hotel is near the beach. The first night we got there, the power went off in the hotel, which was quite frustrating. It’s in walking distance from the beach and close to bars and restaurants. However, the area - especially Magaluf is filled with a bunch of teenagers (17-21) and it’s a little too crazy. I would suggest staying in Palma if you are looking for a bit of an older crowd. The rooms are clean and quite modern. The food is typical all inclusive food - not much variety though. I would likely not stay here again but rather in Palma

Pretty good experience
Overall good experience, airconditioning worked well, rooms were updated and clean. Staff was helpful and polite. Had room where is possible to connect two rooms, door between rooms were poorly sound proofed, could heard neighbors very clearly when talking normally. Also would expect some separate supplies in bathrooms, only shampoo pump on the wall. Also room safe cost separately.

Great and peacefull Hotel
Really helpfull and nice stuff. Location was good: supermarket, beach, bus stop and Chinese stalls just few minutes from the Hotel. Pool area was sunny and quiet. We really loved our stay there and would deffinitelly recommend OLA Hotel to those, who wants to relax and enjoy, without drunk People and loud music. And Palmanova area was 10/10👌

Hotel was so clean and the staff were very friendly. Location was excellent, quiet at night and 2 min walk from the beach. Would highly recommend the hotel and would return. Only one thing that let the hotel slightly down was thst it was not great for people with mobility problems. Family member had to change lifts to get to room. Too many steps to get up to the pool. Yes their was a wheelchair lift but it could be a bit embarrassing for some people.

Soggiorno indimenticabile
Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa struttura e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. L’Hotel si trova a circa 150 metri dalla spiaggia e vicino alla struttura ci sono molti negozi. Le stanze sono molto spaziose e soprattutto sono molto pulite. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo vissuto a pieno l’hotel poiché mia moglie è incinta e con l’opzione All Inclusive abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi offerti. L’animazione è fantastica e perfetta anche per coloro che non conoscono molto le lingue. La piscina è grande e i lettini sono sempre disponibili anche nei periodi più affollati. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, da italiano devo dire che ho mangiato molto bene, ogni sera c’è una specialità diversa, dalla paella all’arrosto, dalla pasta alla carne e il tutto è disponibile a buffet e si può mangiare quanto si vuole. Ottimi anche i dolci e le bevande, anch’esse con un’ottima varietà, dalla coca cola alla birra, dal vino rosso/bianco/rosè alle spremute. Ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole rilassarsi e per chi ha dei bambini. Un ringraziamento speciale anche al direttore, una persona gentile e sempre presente per qualsiasi necessità!

Really good hotel with extreme service minded staff. We booked with half pension and the dinners was good but at the end of the week a bit tiresome, we decided to eat out the last two nights.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella palvelualtis ja mukava. Hotelli oli lähellä rantaa, n. 100m ja lähellä oli myös mukavia ravintoloita ja paikallisia baareja. Mallorcan keskukseen Palmaan pääsi helposti bussilla ja bussipysäkki oli lähellä hotellia. Hotellin tarjoamilla ruuilla oli runsaasti valinnan varaa ja ruoka oli hyvää. Olin matkalla kaverini kanssa ja me molemmat olimme tyytyväisiä hotellin sijaintiin ja tarjontaan.

Last minute break
Had a lovely time at this hotel. Pleased to be given a low floor room with a street view. Two minute stroll to the seafront and shops, pubs etc. Rooms trendy, large TV and nice to have a couch to sit on for a change! Free fridge in room which was a bonus! Didn't stay in to see what the entertainment was like but there was certainly something on every night, which catered for adults and children. Choice of food at the buffet was excellent and the drinks from the dispensers (coke, fresh orange etc) were included which I have not had before when half-board.

Good location, nice hotel
This hotel deserves its 3* rating, the staff were lovely, the food was good, the rooms were comfy. On arrival the reception area was spotlessly clean, light and modern and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, nice beds, clean linen and pillows a nice bathroom with big shower and hairdryer (if you need one). We were pleased with the clean faux-leather sofa positioned in front of the 32" flat screen which had BBC, 2 and ITV with an excellent picture perfect for watching Wimbledon! Good UPVc double glazing which blocks the noise from the road, nice sized balcony. Only moan is that the air-con doesn't come on until 2 pm so you can't have a lie in before it gets too hot, not so great if you have a hangover! We were half-board, this was perfect for us so we could stay at the beach. This was sensible as most of the restaurants we found in this area sold burgers, pizza and chips etc so not very appetizing. There was a large selection of food, lots of fresh fruit and puddings!. We over ate and are now on a diet!! Pool should be bigger for the size of the hotel but we didn't use it and went to the beach instead.

I've stayed in the Panama hotel on a few occasions and this was the best to date Hotel has been beautifully refurbished Hotel staff are very good Food is amazing
