« Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were topnotch in terms of assistance and politeness and I'd recommend staying here for those reasons alone. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony, quiet, tons of storage space, and great AC. It did show it's age and wasn't perfect, for example the bathroom door handle not working properly and no toilet roll holder. « Do not book this hotel! This is a scam hotel. It doesn’t exist. I booked it and on arrival at night time in Malindi spent over an hour in a taxi looking for it. It is not at the location on google maps and the telephone number is out of service. Even hotels.com could not contact the hotel. I even returned in the morning in daylight to see if I could find the place and no nothing there! The whole experience was distressing and now I am faced with getting a refund which I am assured by hotels com...
