Malcesine , nicknamed "The pearl of the lake", is certainly one of the most fascinating and glamorous towns on the lake, here is the residence " Il Cedro ", a structure made up of 8 apartments capable of offering everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday based on sport, relax and culture.

The residence is equipped with every comfort and is located a few steps from the lake and the town center, an ideal position for a holiday without having to use the car for every trip.

The apartments are all equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, heating, air conditioning and the kitchens are equipped with everything needed for cooking.

The Residence is surrounded by a bright and sunny garden but there is no shortage of areas to relax in the shade of olive trees, lemon trees or the large centuries-old cedar.

The swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and there is also a small playground for the little ones.

There is also a garage for cars , a storage room for bicycles and surfboards and a small but comfortable relaxation area with sauna.

This 45 square meter two-room apartment is located on the second floor, has a balcony, a double bedroom and a sofa bed.

Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

No type of drinks, food or consumables are provided (soaps, shampoos, etc....).

Check-in is from 2pm to 7pm.

Check-out is by 10:00am.
