The Space:

The apartment features:

- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

- Comfortable Living Room: A bright and welcoming space with a large flat-screen TV.

- High-Speed Wi-Fi: Ideal for remote work, browsing the internet, or enjoying your favorite streaming platforms.

- Air Conditioning and Heating: Ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the year.



Building Amenities and Facilities:

- Modern Gym: Keep up with your fitness routine during your stay. Open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Advance booking is required. Simply let us know your preferred date and time, and our team will arrange your reservation.

- Panoramic Rooftop Pool: Enjoy a refreshing swim while taking in the breathtaking views of Málaga. Advance booking is required, and our team will arrange your reservation subject to availability.



Important Pool Information:

- Opening Season: May 1st to October 15th.

- Closed Season: October 16th to April 30th.

- Sun Loungers: Please note that there are currently no sun loungers available in the pool area.



Guest Access:

Your check-in will be carried out in person by a member of our team, who will personally welcome you and ensure you have everything you need to start your stay comfortably.



Please note:

- Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, free of charge.

- For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM, a €50 late check-in fee applies, as a team member will be coming specifically to welcome you at that time.

- Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate check-ins after 1:00 AM.



To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we kindly ask you to share your estimated arrival time in advance, along with your travel details if available. This allows us to coordinate properly and be there to welcome you without delays.



Early check-in - Late check-out available subject to property availability.



The Neighborhood:

Located in one of Malaga's two exclusive towers, this apartment puts you in the center of the city, with quick access to a variety of restaurants, stores and tourist attractions. Just minutes from the beach, you will have the opportunity to enjoy both the hustle and bustle of city life and quiet days of sun and sea.



Other Things to Note:

- Please note that the property has a baby crib available, but unfortunately, it does not have a high chair.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

- It is not permitted to accommodate more guests than the number indicated in the reservation.

- Please turn off the lights and air conditioning whenever you leave the apartment.

- Please take out the garbage daily, especially during the summer months. Waste containers are available on the street.

- Please leave the apartment tidy before departure.

- Please treat the apartment with care and respect.
