'Room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful There was no coffee maker in the room which I really need in the mornings . I do not like to have to get dressed right away and go to the common area for a coffee . Also there were no drinking glasses , ice bucket , alarm clock or room safe . Far too under equipped !! '

'First time staying at a hotel in the Akron area and this was not bad at all. Close to lots of shopping and places to eat, just watch out cause traffic is heavy on the main drag, route 18. Was offered a choice of room location so I chose upstairs so I wouldn't have to hear thumping on the floor above me if I chose the ground floor. It was a bit noisy at first cause of people visiting others who where staying at the hotel, but by the time I went to sleep it was nice and quiet. They do offer...

'It was quite and my room was clean very spacious room I had a sleepover for my granddaughter and 6 other girls and it was enough room for everybody then some I will definitely book again when I come to Ohio'

'Second worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a cockroach in the room. Bathroom door had to be lifted up by the handle to close it. Mattresses were old and worn out with depressions. If I hadn’t already paid and been so tired, I would have left for sure. Only good things was the water in the shower was hot.'

'Terrible place to stay at, my pregnant wife and I with our 2 children left within 30 minutes and went to book a new hotel. Disgusting, unclean, and smelly. They said they would refund us through Expedia since that's where I booked it through, but are now refusing to pay, staying that there were no complaints from anyone or anything. Terrible place, don't waste your money here.'

'The staff was kind and the hotel was pretty clean. The pool had strange amounts of hair in it and there were no towels in the pool area as well as our room. We felt they weren't telling us the real reason we were not allowed in our room when we got there after check-in time. It was a very strange interaction but felt that if they'd just told us the truth, we wouldn't have felt like we were being lied to.'

'So run down. The ac was old and you could see outside of it. Paneling along the floor was falling off, stains on the walls, but, you get what you pay for i guess. '
