'Was not able to check into the property as there was no one there. I wasn’t given the access codes to the property before arrival and when I tried to contact the company over a few hours no one responded. They eventually did but by that time I had already booked another property and didn’t go back.'

'The space was good for 4 adults traveling. The beds were comfortable, we liked all the windows and views. Good amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, tv). Very close to transit which makes the cost 100% worth it.
Paying extra for towels and not having any hand soap available was a little strange, but we made it work. '

'Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones.
We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,...

'My poor experience with this booking started 5 minutes after booking it,where i received a confirmation email for booking followed by another email to say i have to pay 50 pounds extra for linen which was not mentioned in the booking, so ive contacted Expedia and they adviced that i should not pay and they will get in touch.
When we arrived to the property the owner said we have to pay 50 pounds or we can't check in,so we had to pay.
Anyway,after checking in,the linen were vlean,but otherwise...
