'Everything was perfect!'

'Met onze 4 kinderen (15-23 jaar) een heerlijke week gehad in Raffaeles huis. Airco's in alle slaapkamers, heerlijk rustige omgeving maar toch dicht bij prachtige dorpjes. Fijn zwembad en op dinsdagavond heeft Leonardo (zoon) heerlijk voor ons gekookt. We zouden graag een keer terug gaan!'

'Perfect location for day trips covering so many of the hilltop towns. Perfect accommodation for a group of 12 friends as each bedroom has it’s own bathroom.Perfect Villa for relaxing at home coffee every morning, lying by the pool and dinner watching the incredible sunsets.Perfect hosts. 'Ho prenotato questa struttura per visionarla di persona in quanto devo organizzarci un matrimonio il prossimo anno. La piscina e' favolosa e anche gli spazi intorno. Molto bello anche il salone al piano terra e le due case. Ottimo arredamento e climatizzazione perfetta. .E' presente anche una chiesa .il giardino e' pieno di fiori. Ideale per riunioni di amici e familiari. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.'

'Villa Nuba ligt op een heuvel aan de rand van Perugia. Het is een goede keuze voor wie op loopafstand van het centrum van die stad een vakantiehuis met zwembad zoekt, dat als basis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving (Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, etc.) kan worden gebruikt. Het centrum van Perugia is te voet binnen 25 minuten te bereiken. Wie dat te ver vindt kan de bus nemen – de bushalte bevindt zich op een paar honderd meter afstand van de villa. 'We wanted a relaxing holiday, somewhere peaceful, and this villa ticked all the boxes. Clearly furnished with love, equipped with everything you need (a coffee machine AND coffee pods!), a beautiful pool, and an amazing view over to Assisi.The owners were welcoming, and Daniela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Assisi isn't really within walking distance, but Daniela recommended a great driver, and there are some pretty villages and towns not too far away.'

Das Haus bietet 5 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder, sodass wir genügend Platz hatten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man braucht nichts mitzubringen (außer vielleicht ein scharfes Messer).
