horrible ! power outage it's incredible
horrible stay, there was a power cut the first night at 10 p.m. and we spent the first night in the cold because despite several calls to the host via WhatsApp without response, in the morning a technician restored the power, the following evening we had a second power outage so imagine an apartment without electricity and in winter! on the third day, the host offered us to change buildings, to another apartment further away, we did not accept this alternative solution, the host just offered us reimbursement for the remaining nights which we did not have consume but that the two nights spent in the cold without power would be paid for! We only had another choice, we left for another place!HORRIBLE experience I would no longer rent this type of rental, you must read the comments, assessments and experiences of visitors. Only the location is ideal.
