Plaza de España II is a beautiful one-bedroom apartment located on the 28th floor of one of the most emblematic and exclusive buildings in the center of Madrid, Torre Madrid, which has a doorman, 24-hour security , and from which you can contemplate some privileged views of the city.

The entire apartment is completely exterior and has been recently renovated and decorated with quality furniture.

When entering the house we find a corridor that leads directly to the living room, which has a double sofa bed. The kitchen is open to the living room although it is independent, and is equipped with everything you need for day to day. Next to the living room we find the bedroom, which has built-in wardrobes and two 90x200 cm single beds, with the possibility of converting them into a single bed.
The views of the city from both the living room and the bedroom are spectacular, perfectly appreciating the Royal Palace, the Temple of Debod and the Casa de Campo.

The apartment also has a full bathroom with shower.

The area where the apartment is located is an exclusive area of ​​the city, fully accessible by both private and public transport.

The apartment has a centralized air conditioning system that is available in the following periods:

-The heating will be available from November 1 to April 1

-Air conditioning will be available from June 1 to September 30.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
