« Had a lovely one week stay with my partner and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful and left us water and some breakfast snacks on our door every single morning. Perfectly located. Will be staying again the next time we visit Madrid! »

« Parfait »

« Ok »

« Hotel well located at Center Madrid with all facilities around (shops, restaurants, historic places, etc.). Everything a tourist can need is just few blocks from there. Very good personnel at reception/front office, well cleaned rooms. Room service and food on top! Stay was very friendly and satisfying. Only missed point is that there isn't real restaurant on ground floor. »

« Très bon établissement. »

« Amazing flat and location. Yet, everything is managed remotely as there is nobody onsite. It was proven difficult to solve minor issues (1 hour to get an iron after calling the helpdesk, 1 hour to solve issue with storage locker). Unfortunately, there was no WiFi in the building during my stay. I claimed a refund compensation. »

« Emplacement idéalement placé. Personnel sympathique »

« Très bon séjour. Je recommande »
