To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to our house rules: only registered guests are allowed, smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, and pets are not permitted. Kindly respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A replacement fee will be charged for lost keys. Please avoid leaving food leftovers exposed to prevent attracting insects. Children must be supervised at all times on the balcony and near windows. Before departure, please turn off lights and appliances and ensure all doors and windows are closed.
