'My wife and I loved our 4-night stay here. The property was remote enough that we never saw another person, just us and nature. The cabin is exceptionally well decorated and stocked with on-theme books, puzzles, and games. Was all very well thought out - the switches were labeled, there's a map of the property on the fridge, and the bound guide is the most complete I've seen at a vacation rental. 'This gem of a cabin is tucked away from the main road and if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life then definitely give this a try. The place was clean and everything you need is available. Bryan, the host provided excellent instructions on checking in and checking out. Also, the place is 30 minutes from Longwood University so if you decide you want to explore Farmville, VA then rent this cabin. '

'We loved Love Ridge Mountain Lodge, we stayed at the Kennedy Ridge! It was clean and well kept! Communication was great with the owners and everything is available in the home! Very peaceful and relaxing! We even met Chester! The property cat, she is loving and hung out with us for a bit! Awesome experience, if you are visiting or from Virginia we recommend the lodge! '

'Cabin was clean and host was incredibly helpful with his directions and advice. The cabin had everything you could think of including firewood for the fire pit. To top it off it sits with a group of other cabin set on the bank of the Tye River with its soothing, peaceful sound. I will visit again!!'

'The cabin was tucked away in the woods, and was the perfect stay for my husband and our three daughters! It was clean, had everything we needed, and a lot of thought was clearly put into the decor to make it “homey” and cozy! Would 100% recommend. We plan to stay again in the future! 'Lekker ontspannen in de bergen na drukke dagen in de grootsteden. Heerlijk rustig en afgelegen zodat alles een paar versnellingen lager zich afspeelt. Een fijne cabin, volledig uitgerust. Een fijne gastvrouw.'

'The cabin was absolutely great. Very relaxing and far enough away, but at the same time close to many outdoor activities. Two adults and one child stayed and the cabin was a perfect size. Everything was clean and new and the area was very quiet. We spent all of our evenings on the balcony facing the creek lostening to the running water. Jerry and Chris were very personable and it was good to know if we needed anything they were ready.We will definitely be back. '
