'A thoroughly wonderful spot - clean, modern, spacious, comfortable, peaceful, very well appointed inside and out. All communication is very prompt, helpful, thoughtful and clear. It's clear that a great deal of thought and consideration has gone into every aspect of hosting at Totara Lodge. My only regret is that we could only book for 2 nights! Thank you very much :)'

'Extremely disappointed that there was no mention of linen not being included in the price - luckily we had our sleeping bags and camp towels with us. NEVER have I stayed in a place that expected me to do all the cleaning before I left as well as take any rubbish with me. After reading all the rules etc in the book on arrival we just did not feel comfortable and had a feeling that we were constantly being watched!'
