The exterior offers you everything you need for a great holiday with the family. Plenty of space for the children to play, a refreshing pool with massage function and sun loungers, the covered terrace with the well-equipped summer kitchen and barbecue area for the star chefs of the family.

From the terrace you have direct access to the cosy living area of the house. The living room, dining area for up to 8 guests and the fully equipped kitchen form an open-plan space, while on this level there is also a separate WC and a cosy double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace and views of the countryside.

On the upper floor, the villa has 3 comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and an additional kitchen/living room. A sofa bed offers space for two additional guests. From here you can also access a small balcony at the shady rear of the house.

With the beautiful nature and the marvellous views of the valley and the mountains, you will surely enjoy the peace and privacy of this area. Ideal for mountain biking and hiking on the many marked trails around the area. Istria has an excellent road network and all tourist hotspots are within easy reach. Visit towns like Buzet, Pazin, Motovun ... the beaches of Opatija, Porec, Rovinj. The Istrian beaches on the east coast are just a short drive away, as is the entire Istrian peninsula. The nearest larger town is Rijeka, but don't miss the opportunity to visit Opatija and the surrounding beaches, which are only about 20 km from the villa.
