'Cotton Court rooms are very nice. Bed is comfortable. Sheets are soft. Everything you need is available. Restaurant was delicious. Courtyard is nice with fountains and nice pool. lots of outdoor hang out places. Staff welcoming and courteous. '

'I didn't like the fact that the front desk lady at night was very very rude and unprofessional she doesn't need to be rolling her eyes at customers it's a sure way to not have someone not come back and she double charged me and then rudely told me you will get it back whenever I leave I would like to have someone reach out to me asap '

'We were very happy with our stay. We were a little skeptical given the low price so we were super happy to see it was in great condition, quiet and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room also had a little kitchen which was a nice bonus. Great job, My Place! We will see you again next time we are in Lubbock. '

'The bed was comfortable. I liked having the small balcony my 6yr old got a huge kick out of it. He enjoyed the pool and even made a few friends while playing. The breakfast options were good and it helped having that option. The only issue was the WiFi never worked and the tv had a bad connection for just about every other station. Overall I would stay again as it was close to where I needed to be.'
