Cozy, clean, and luxe! This adorable, remodeled old town bungalow is stocked with all the comforts of home. Comfy beds with 100% cotton linens, and down comforters ensure terrific sleep. Soak in the private hot tub or relax by the firepit under twinkling café lights. Walk to coffee shops, cafes, and breweries, and entertainment. Near Fort Collins (easy 20 min drive). Perfect base for Rocky Mountain National Park adventures. Hassle-Free with keyless entry, fast WIFI, and a local, responsive host!
Please do not smoke inside the house. Outside is fine (please pick up after yourself). My goal is for the house to smell fresh and clean for each guest!

We spent 4 nights, the house was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking most of our meals. We enjoyed the outdoor space, fire pit, hot tub and sitting at the patio table. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The wild turkeys running around were fun to watch. Great location for exploring Loveland.

FANTASTIC in every way. Our host absolutely had everything covered and was available to help us plan a wonderful extended stay. Check in was easy. The home was adorable with real furniture. Beds super comfy. Great shower. Best kitchen for actually cooking if you wanted. But, we were just a few blocks from Loveland’s Old Town when we wanted to eat out. They private yard was a great place to hang out with a sparkling clean hot tub, wonderful adirondack chairs around a pitfire, a clean outdoor grill and outdoor table and chairs. The front porch was a great space to sit in the swing and relax with your coffee and a book. The Chilson recreation center was right up the block and has day passes. This home is near hiking, Benson sculpture parks, the Loveland museum and Devil’s Backbone to name just a few. It was very easy to get to Estes Park and RMNP. We also had 23 turkeys that regularly visited the neighborhood mid afternoon and then waddled away. We have been using VRBOs for 10 years. This stay topped the list. Thanks to our host.

Made specifically for your peace of mind and comfort

This property was so clean beautiful quaint comfortable. You walk in and you really felt welcomed and relaxed immediately. The Aesthetics in the property the flow of this home. And then you walk outside and it's almost like you have your little private oasis. There's a little fence but the hot tub is tucked around so you're totally comfortable. There's been a lot of love that is put into this property to make it exceptional for anybody that stays there. If you have the opportunity please go with this host and their properties.

Clean, Comfortable, amazing host and Loveland is Awesome!

This is the CLEANEST and most COMFORTABLE VRBO I've ever stayed at. I think I slept better in the bed there and than our own! Perfect sized space for us, and the outdoor set up is awesome. We really enjoyed the hot tub. My husband and I stayed here for almost a week and it had everything we needed and fairly close to other cities. This was our first trip to Colorado and we probably looked at 30 properties and we kept coming back to this one and I'm so glad we did. Loveland is a really neat artistic place. We went to Denver, Red Rocks, Rocky Mountains, Estes Park, The Stanley Hotel, Boulder and the Devils Backbone and some places where further than others but the drive is so beautiful everywhere, so once again soooo glad we stayed in Loveland! The host AMY is beyond awesome. Super friendly and very responsive, she truly makes you feel welcome. If we ever make it to Colorado again, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! :)

Charming home in a quiet neighborhood

The house was just as described and pictured on the website. The only problem was that no address was listed on the site. So, it made it hard to find--we had to call the owner to find the place. Everything else was wonderful--the home was furnished in style. New appliances made for easy meal preparation and laundry. The kitchen and bath had ample supplies which was nice. The landscaping was lovely, and although we did not take advantage of the outdoor hot tub, we could see that it was new and the fenced in backyard offered plenty of privacy. We loved the quiet neighborhood--close to downtown which had a lot to offer in the way of shops and restaurants. Owner was easy to communicate and gave rapid response.

Lovely Cottage in the City

Amy Review Vrbo Amy was a fantastic host. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The house is situated close to downtown. The residential street did not seem too busy. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent. The washer and dryer worked great. Amy adds so many little extras. The snacks by the coffee pot were a lifesaver! Thank you! Amy was also quick to answer any questions or address any supply needs. You can park on the street or in the shared driveway in front of the tiny house rental behind the house. I enjoyed sitting on the porch swing and drinking a morning cup of coffee. The fire pit was pleasant and fun to use as well. I would absolutely stay here again. I didn’t get to the bikes and hot tub, but maybe next time.

Owner was wonderful to work with. This home is in a great location for traveling and within walking distance to shopping & night life. Beautifully decorated, cozy & clean. Perfect backyard, loved the hot tub after a day of hiking & sightseeing. We will be back!
