The one staff member was nice when checking in and out. Room had small cockroaches on the walls and bathtub. Convienent that there is a Von's down the street.

This property was so bad and had roaches in the room. I complained to the manager and after staying two nights left early. My son and I could not stand the experience. I told the manager on the morning April 20 that we are checking out and was told we would not be charged for the Saturday and Sunday night stays. I saw my charge card transaction today and we were charged for all nights even though we checked out because of the dirtyness of this hotel. Very disappointed in Wyndam and Expedia.

There was a cockroach in the shower, the room keys stopped working randomly and I had to have them replaced 5 times during our 4 day stay, and the Expedia pictures are misleading.

Overall adequate. About what you expect from any Travelodge. There is no age though. So as a Canadian i didn't want to leave my passport or American cash in the room so we took everything with us when we left to explore the area. It's pretty loud too at night. But not bad overall

This property was nothing like the images online. There is no lobby and no dining on site. It is a motel, not a hotel and the exterior is old and dirty looking. The room was clean but there were loud traffic noises all night.

When we checked in, we had to carry 3 large suitcases and 4 carry-on’s up 3 steps to the window, outside. There wasn’t a lobby to check in. Very sketchy. Property dirty and shady. Flooring warped and backing made a sticky noise when you walked on it. Phone was missing rubber backing for push button options and didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. Two bath towels and one wash cloth was all we had for 4 people. Bathroom not very clean.

Parking was on the property. Easy check-out and easy check-in. Liked the personal balcony. Walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants and the beach area as well as a grocery store. Didn't have to deal with staff much except at check-in/check-out but if and when I did, they were respectful and helpful. Elevator reeked of urine. Neighbors were incredibly noisy at around 2AM/3AM. There was no housekeeping, which was fine with me but the room still looked like a couple spots were missing a nice cleaning prior. Sheets had some stains. Headboard was dirty. Some areas dusty. If housekeeping wasn't going to go through each day, then I feel extra towels, soaps, etc should be placed in the room.

Room was extremely messy. Sheets were dirty. I requested new sheets and the replacement sheets had holes in them. the mattress was disgusting, full of holes and stains. I woke up with bug bites, very concerning for bed bugs. Extremely disappointing stay.

This would have been a great stay If they could at least make the internet work. With substandard pillows and sheets, rust on the bathroom and AC unit and barely a blanket on the bed I could still live with it because the price was reasonable. But in this day and age if you can't give me internet then you rendered me useless and it makes the whole trip unbearable. I don't understand how companies can skimp out on internet when it's absolutely necessity even more important than the air and water sometimes.

Me and my friends checked in and they tried to overcharge me more than what the booking said. Also the room was filthy from the ceiling to the floor. We saw a total of four roaches roaming around randomly. The bathroom had tagging in it and was also dirty. It also was left with half a roll. We stayed for three nights and the room key started to also act funny. There’s no trash bags in the provided trash cans but then again they don’t come in the room and clean anyways. The sheets had burn holes, stains and faded. They need a major upgrade for them to keep trying to overcharge people for staying there

The room was on the raggedy side, they just painted over issues, instead of replacing them, like the door and bathroom door. No iron, but there's a iron board. No fridge in both rooms. I didn't have one in my 1st room, they gave me a different room, that one didn't have a fridge either...$136 for 1 night and no fridge is wild. Gang members sketches their gang around the full size mirror.
