I arrived to check-in and first red flag was “hotel”s location, I should’ve known better and checked before. Walking in the lobby clerk told me it was Cash only which was not labeled anywhere when booking this room so he made me use a broken atm machine that only dispensed a single $20 bill before making me walk around the corner to the nearest liquor store atm. The liquor stores atm was broken too! Thank lot they accepted cash back and I had some cash on me for the trip to cover room. The clerks are really unfriendly, when I asked about parking he told me under his breath through a doubled lanes glass that it’s in the back and first come first serve. The parking is horrible if you’re getting back late in the evening. The rooms are clearly used for sheltering homeless as the room was disgusting, unkept, and smelled like cigarettes. The walls paint is falling off and the bathroom floor had a gooey mystery mark that looked a lot like dog feces. I’m just hoping I have not caught any rashes or bumps from sleeping, toileting, and showering in this room. From about 5pm-8am all you hear from upstairs neighbors is “furniture moving” which got very irritable in middle of the night. At check out another clerk was giving a very hard time to a young lady who had issues with her ID and had cleared her situation with the previous clerk from the day before. I didn’t want to be charged a petty fee so I had to wait their whole 20 minute ordeal. There is also mold and roaches present in room.
