I want to provide direct feedback regarding my recent stay.During the stay, I received two calls from the property manager that I found concerning and unnecessary. The first call stated that neighbors were complaining about too many cars parked outside. However, all vehicles were legally parked, and two of the cars mentioned were legally parked in front of neighboring homes, which is common street parking.A second call came about a minute later asking how many cars were present, what was going on, and referencing complaints about traffic. There was no music, no disruptive behavior, and no gathering outside. Adults were simply stopping by briefly to congratulate my son on his recent movie accomplishment.What made this especially uncomfortable was the overall tone and circumstances. There was no actual disturbance taking place, yet the situation felt like we were being singled out and scrutinized. As guests, we expected to be treated fairly and respectfully.To add to that discomfort, on checkout morning, while I was in the process of leaving, two bottles of bleach were delivered to the front door. Given the prior interactions, this felt inappropriate and added to an already negative experience.I am asking that this feedback be taken seriously. Guests should not feel targeted, profiled, or made uncomfortable when they are following the rules and being respectful.
