The house is fully furnished with all the comforts a large family home can offer......the living room has a nice comfy sectional and 2 large recliners, the cozy den has comfy sofas with a large 50" TV and a bar height table with chairs for added seating and card playing and the beds have quality mattresses for a good nights sleep. There is a nice courtyard with an outdoor dining table and there is a barbecue grill and additional sitting in the yard. Plenty of room to enjoy an outdoor grill with the family. There is also a ping pong table and other outdoor games. The house is located close to freeways and a 5 minutes drive to stores and restaurants on the Boulevard.
