The serene estate is conveniently located a mere 7 minutes from the Pacific Coast Highway and Latigo Shores Beach in the heart of Malibu’s restaurants, beaches and retail shops.

Guests can revel in the estate's expansive 2.5-acre grounds, enjoying the inviting pool deck with panoramic ocean views and a fire pit perfect for intimate gatherings under the stars. Modern amenities include WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and entertainment options such as a 75" TV equipped with streaming services. Guests, couples, family and friends will ensure tranquility and breathtaking ocean views along with surrounding oak trees aged over 100 years, Mountain Views and a flowing creek.

We absolutely love how spacious the home is with many different entertaining areas, giving guests the ability to move around freely with an abundance of space to lounge and entertain.

The bedrooms are extremely spacious with bathrooms to accompany rooms. There are large windows in each room showcasing each side of the homes surrounding nature, views, ocean and beauty.

Enjoy the ocean views, fire pit, along with backyard regulation size corn-hole back-yard game by the pool and jacuzzi.

The home is extremely private and exclusive. Although the home is very private you are only 7 minutes away from Pacific Coast Highway/ Latigo Shores Beach.

Be prepared to enjoy our amazing home and all of our outdoor areas!

Swim and sun bathe on the beautiful pool deck with ocean views! Then BBQ and have lunch at the outdoor dining table!

At night come lounge at the outdoor fire pit and roast marshmallows under the moon light and enjoy the many visible BRIGHT stars.

You can take less than a mile walk to the trail with Chumash Indian ruins and explore! Also, explore many other local trails and discover local restaurants and shops within a short car ride.

Pool heat is not included in nightly rate. Price is based on season and pre booking conversation. Jacuzzi heat is included.
