Agréable séjour mais quelques détails ennuyeux.
Superbe décoration, très actuelle. Insonorisation faible (aussi bien fenêtres que plancher de la chambre au dessus). Même pas un verre pour boire, pas de cafetière ni service en chambre. Bien situé (quartier coréen). Parking proportionnellement démesurément cher par rapport au tarif de la chambre. Au final, hôtel plutôt plaisant malgré ses inconvénients.

could do better, expensive for the service
We reserved for 4 but had only 2 towels, when we called them to ask 2 other ones, we were told they were all in the washing machine...we were very disappointed by the amenities in the room, unlike all other hotels, you don't have a glass for your toothbrush or even to drink (no water bottle), no tissue.. just a soap. Even in the cheap hotel you have that. The bathroom was not clean, and it's very noisy at night and the beds are small. For the price paid it could be way better.

Big bed and big room. Rather minimum, and no drawers or cabinets for clothes, except a rack. Standing shower and toilet are separated by a glass wall. One complaint would be the noise from the street.

Beautiful property. Parking too expensive. $6.50 for a bottled water in the gift shop- really? I expected an expensive $4 bottle, but $6 just seems like you are twisting it in. Its a shame that I will mostly remember a $6.50 bottle of water after spending more than $1000 with you.

It’s not the most luxurious hotel, but it gets the job done. The affordable early check-in made our day. The cafe is great, and we really appreciate the helpful staff. The staff made us feel super comfortable, but the virtual assistance for the hotel not-so-much.

This place does not offer free parking. You have to pay an additional $30 per day for parking, which increases the hotel rate compared to other hotels with the same price and quality also the room does not come with a refrigerator, and the bathroom is quite strange.The room is quite noisy due to sounds from the street, hallway, and the room above.
