Location is close to many restaurants and sightseeing spots, especially museums. The separate bedroom on the lower level was perfect for our group. Will stay there again when in the area.

A great house, convenient to downtown. Wish we had more time to explore the neighborhood, but the World Cup was our main priority! The host was easy to work with, and very helpful and communicative. Definitely recommend!

This house was accurately described, clean, and comfortable with several hang out spaces inside and outside. It’s great for a friends’ vacation. The downstairs suite is separate from the living/kitchen/two other bedrooms which could be a positive or negative depending on your group.

This house is super clean, well-decorated, and was comfortable and convenient with many amenities. Great location within walking distance to charming shops, restaurants, and bars. And the host was helpful and available to answer whatever questions we had. The bedroom on the lower level has a separate entrance, which was perfect. It was a lovely place to decompress and served as a terrific home base in Silver Lake. And the check in and check out process was so easy (there wasn't a laundry list of things to do before checking out). Would highly recommend it!

Beautiful property with nice amenities. We had fun walking around the neighborhood and the location was convenient for lots of activities. The lower bedroom with separate entrance worked out well for our college age daughter.

The home was great and very cozy. There was plenty of room to host my family comfortably. We particularly enjoyed having meals in the backyard patio area which was very well maintained with beautiful flowers. Blake was a great host. I would definitely recommend.

Blake was extremely helpful, communicative, and considerate for our stay. The house is very clean, accommodating, and well decorated, with an amazing outdoor area. We will definitely book again, for an incredible home from an incredible host.

Perfect home and perfect location

Combination work/pleasure so needed to be near USC and see my son in Los Feliz. Perfect location, walk to coffee shops, etc. quite neighborhood and every amenity needed.

Blake's home in Silver Lake was perfect for a weekend away visiting LA friends. The house was clean, exactly as pictured / described in the listing, the neighborhood was conveniently located, and Blake was super easy to communicate with and helpful during check in / check out (which couldn't have been easier). Airy Contemporary LA Retreat on Quiet Street

Gorgeous airy contemporary home with stunning terraced backyard provided us with a private luxurious retreat in the hills above LA. The home consists actually of two separate units connected by outdoor steps. Perfect for family traveling with adult kids! Top notch appliances and decor. And dog friendly too! Plus both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms feature bidets!

This property was absolutely wonderful. Our family of four (parents plus two teens) visited for a long weekend to enjoy the city and to see the Oasis concert at the Rose Bowl. We loved the convenience to all of the major attractions such as Hollywood, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, and it was a quick drive out to Pasadena. We enjoyed the Silver Lake area as well. The property was beautiful with lots of room to spread out and relax both indoors and out. All of the amenities were perfect for a long weekend. Our host, Blake, was fantastic in terms of communication and providing local recommendations. Check-in/out was a breeze as well. We highly recommend this property!!

Nice place, central to everything

Really liked this place. Great location, clean and had some thoughtful details (phone charger, dimmers on the lights, Jack and Jill bathroom that worked well in a small space, workout area with mats and weights). One thing is that I did not realize that it was two separate units. That was not ideal with little kids. But otherwise really great.
