In the heart of the charming village of Longchaumois, at an elevation of 900 m, with all shops within walking distance (bakery, cheese shop, butcher shop, Proximarché mini-market, pharmacy, bar/tobacco shop/newsstand, media library...) Yet just a stone’s throw from nature: the Jura’s meadows and forests are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The renovated first-floor apartment is laid out as follows: a living room (37 m²) with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a sofa that converts into a 140-size bed, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, fondue and raclette sets..., a bathroom with shower, 2 toilets, and 2 bedrooms upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190 cm)
- Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90x200 cm & 1 bed 90x190 cm.
Duvets and pillows (60x60 cm) are provided, as well as fitted sheets.

What to do in the summer? Hiking, biking, mountain biking (Bike Park), and horseback riding (nearby equestrian farm); Lake des Rousses (water sports center, pedal boats, canoes, and stand-up paddleboarding); Lake Lamoura; golf courses; and the Commando Games course in Les Rousses. You can also visit the lake region, the Hérisson waterfalls, Lake Vouglans and its dam, and the Jura wine region.

What to do if it rains? Visit the Comté cheese aging cellars at Fort des Rousses (very popular—be sure to reserve in advance), the Polar Worlds exhibit in Prémanon and its ice rink, the Maison du Parc in Lajoux, the Lunette Museum in Morez, the Abbey and Pipe Museum in St. Claude, the swimming pool in Morbier, the wellness center at Chalet Zen in Lamoura, movie theaters in Morez, St. Claude, and Les Rousses, and bowling in La Chaumusse...
