Important Parking Information: Parking at 7018 Palm Drive is available only to guests renting through Ben’s Boat Rental. The property does not include designated mainland parking. Guests choosing to use their own boat or another transportation provider will need to arrange separate mainland parking prior to arrival.

Getting Around:

Jewfish Key is a car-free island, so getting around is all part of the island experience! A shared dirt path connects the homes and makes it easy to explore the island on foot. We recommend bringing a flashlight for evening walks, as lighting around the island is limited.



Guests are also welcome to enjoy the provided paddleboards and other outdoor amenities during their stay.

Check-in is at 4pm

Check-out is at 10am



- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.

- Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as a courtesy to the neighbors around you. Thank you!

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- For the security of our guests and property, 2 exterior Ring cameras are installed — one is located at the front entryway, and the second is rear-facing the rear dock on the exterior back side of the master bedroom. No interior cameras are present.

- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
