THE SPACE
The open-concept interior is bright and airy. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining and living areas, which open onto the expansive deck.

BEDROOMS
Main level: a luxurious master suite with a queen bed, private patio access and ensuite, plus two more queen bedrooms.
Lower level: a flexible family suite with a queen bed and two sets of single bunk beds, ideal for kids, along with a spacious family room and games area for movie nights.

OUTDOORS
Enjoy deeded water access via a dock just down the road, explore the calm river in the two inflatable kayaks, and relax in the hammocks.

THE AREA
Savour world-famous Malpeque oysters at the Malpeque Oyster Barn or a lobster supper at Fisherman's Wharf in North Rustico. PEI National Park's dunes and beaches, Green Gables Heritage Place and several championship golf courses are a comfortable 20–30 minute drive from this central location.
