'It was in a great location. I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities. Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card.'

'Very well appointed guest house with a comfortable bed and pleasant rooms, nicely designed and detailed. The breakfast room is separate and nice to spend time in. There is also an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Ample breakfast was served and there is a selection of magazines and daily newspapers for perusal. I’ve stayed in many establishments in Ptown through the years and this is one of my favorites.'

'What I love about the hotel is the location it is right on the beache and close to town but still far enhough that it is in a quiet area. The hotel it self was very disappointing the room was advertised as a 2 person room but the room and the bed where way to small for 2 people. 'Every light and appliance was unplugged when I arrived. At first I thought it was just the bedside lamps that were unplugged, but I opened the fridge and tried to turn on the TV. Those were unplugged too. I initially couldn’t find the outlet. I went to the front desk and the staff member came back to the room with me and he couldn’t find the outlet either. They said they would call maintenance. There was also no TV remote, which I told them about. They told me they would call me when maintenance...

'Hotel location was great, on the main street, Commercial Strret, about 15mins walk to centre. Room was lovely and clean with a great view out to the ocean. Parking perfect. Welcome was luke warm but staff next morning were friendly. Breakfast limited for mu gluten free diet but still I had more than enough to eat.'
