'I stay here often and this time my room was on the ground floor. Terrible. My room was next to the restaurant and common area and it was so loud and kept me up all night. The staff restocking food for the AM. People up early For coffee and breakfast. Barely slept due to the noise. '

'My main complaint was the room smelled like smoke from cigarettes. It was so terrible that even the clothes i didnt wear that stayed in my suitcase the whole time smelled like smoke. My son and I had stuffy noses and he even complained the smell was making him dizzy. We had an entire hockey organization stay at this hotel for a tournament we do every year and sadly i wouldnt recommened it for next year. 'I had a above expectations stay here. I have stayed at a few spots around Ventor, and this one stands out above the rest. When they say "breakfast included", it's usually a cereal bar or something. Not here! A huge cooked to order omelet, generous side of fruit salad, toast, potatoes, made fresh, fast and delivered with a smile no less! 'This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. Don't expect too much about the breakfast and the location of the hotel but it is clean and the staff is ok. The private beach is a nice extra.'
