The home is perfect for all occasions including a family or business trips. In addition to a comfortable UK double size bed, there is a UK King size sofa bed that can also be made as a single (only available on advance request for a fee).

This private studio is nestled on a peaceful residential street and features both east- and west-facing windows—perfect for catching the sunrise and sunset.

Located on the first floor, the 25 sqm studio includes a brand new UK Double-size bed with a comfortable high end mattress, along with a UK king-size sofa bed that pulls out for extra sleeping space and can also be made as a UK single. There is a shared hallway and one flight of stairs to reach the home door - the home is private.

The retro-style kitchenette comes fully equipped with a full-size fridge-freezer, compact countertop oven with two hobs, a microwave, and a washer-dryer for your convenience.

The portable air cooling unit works with ice packs (this is not US style integrated air conditioning).

You`ll also find a brand new Smart TV with apps like Netflix—just log in and start watching. We also have local channels available.


Neighbourhood:
Biscay Road in Hammersmith is a quiet, residential street with terraced houses, characterized by its proximity to The Eventim Apollo, a historic and iconic live music and entertainment venue. It also benefits from access to the River Thames towpath, offering scenic walking and cycling routes.

The street is within walking distance of Hammersmith Broadway, a hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment, including the renowned Riverside Studios. The area is well-served by public transport (see Getting Around description).

There are plenty of local neighborhood restaurants and health food shops on Fulham Palace Road, as well as the more commercial fast-food options that can be found in Hammersmith Broadway. See our local Guidebook for our favorite restaurant and grocery shopping recommendations.

Getting Around:
Hammersmith Broadway, a major transport hub and commercial center, id a 6 min walk from the flat and features shopping areas, restaurants and office spaces.

It serves several London Underground (tube lines) with access to District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith and City lines that get you to major tourist attractions like Covent Garden and Soho in under 30 mins. The Piccadilly line gets you to and from Heathrow Airport in under 40 mins door to door to the flat.

Hammersmith Broadway is also a major bus interchange offering a wide range of bus routes across all of London. Bus no. 9 takes you from Hammersmith to Aldwych, passing landmarks like Kensington, South Kensington, and the Royal Albert Hall. Bus no. 27 takes you to Notting Hill, Camden, Paddington, Regent`s Park and the West End.

This private studio apartment is located on the first floor of a terraced house and features a convenient lockbox on-site for easy self check-in and check-out.

After entering through the main street door, you’ll need to go up a short staircase—approximately 12 steps—to reach the flat.

The standard rate covers up to 2 guests. Additional guests are welcome for a nightly fee, with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

If your group are 2 guests, and would would like the sofa bed set up, do request it and the one-time setup and linen fee of GBP53 will be sent across. If you have already booked for 3 or more guests the sofa bed will be included in your booking price.

Pets are not permitted. If you have a service animal, one is permitted per stay. A professional cleaning service is used after each visit with a furry friend, which is why an additional pet fee applies—please remember to include this when making your reservation.

Do reach out anytime. We do want to get a good review from you and always set out to do our best, so do let us know if there is anything amiss before the end of your trip and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

We have a £53 setup fee for the sofa bed, which covers linen, laundry, and preparation. Please note linen is not stored on-site, so sofa bed requests must be made well in advance. If a request is made after your stay has begun and requires a second housekeeping visit, an additional fee of £95 will apply.

We also offer a travel cot, baby bath and high chair, subject to availability. Be sure to request these early to ensure they are reserved for your stay.

There is a portable air cooling unit, using ice packs from the freezer (note this is not US style integrated air conditioning).

An iron and ironing board are available, stored in the wardrobe. Additionally, you have your own washer/dryer in the studio for convenience. We kindly request that your personal washer dryer only be used between 9 am and 9 pm, while we also have a separate laundry room in the basement which can be used 24 hours.

Parking:
There is ample street parking available. Paid parking is in effect from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Outside of these hours—including evenings and all weekend—parking is free. You can pay for parking during chargeable hours via the RingGo app.

We kindly ask to remove shoes before entering the flat.

Hosting parties is not allowed, and any damage to the property must be compensated.

Smoking or e-smoking is not permitted. A fumigation fee of £500 will be charged if any smoke smell is detected inside the property.

Our listing price is for 2 guests. An additional charge of £30 per night applies for each extra guest. Please specify the total number of guests when making your booking request. If additional guests are joining partway through your stay, let us know so we can adjust the price accordingly.

If you are only two guests and require the sofa bed then please be sure to request it at the time of booking, as there is an additional £53 setup and linen charge.

A £150 charge will apply if any pets are found on the premises, whether visiting or staying.

Please follow the bin instructions outlined in the house manual. Rubbish collections are on Thursday mornings, to put out by 7am in properly sealed bin bags. Recylcing goes in the green bin. Waste goes in a sealed bag into the black bin (no loose rubbish please). Food delivery or shopping bags should not be used to dispose of rubbish—please use the provided bin bags and seal them properly before discarding waste. Let us know if you run out of bags.

Use the grey face towels for makeup removal. White bathroom towels should only be used for personal hygiene. Kitchen towels and paper towels are available for other tasks. If you notice any stained towels or bedding, please report them so we get them treated.

Kindly do not flush face wipes, sanitary items, or any other unnatural products down the toilet. Please do not dispose of excessive amounts of toilet paper in the toilet. Use the bathroom bin provided instead for excess toilet paper and other items.

We ask that you leave the home as you found it. If anything gets damaged, please let us know, so we can arrange for it to be fixed for the next guest.
