Excellente situation , très confortable , chambres un peu petites mais rapport qualité prix correct (on est à Londres) Service très aimable et bon petit déjeuner J y reviens depuis des années sans aucune mauvaise surprise … et j y reviendrai

Only the location is great.
Très cher pour ce type d'hôtel (330£/nuit pour ma part). Très bien situé mais chambres vieilles, salle de bien vieillotte, parquet qui craque... Literie molle. Service de chambre qui passe tous les 3 jours ou alors il faut demander, pas de chaussons et autres petits détail. Le seul plus est le Club quarter Lounge avec boissons chaudes à disposition. Si vous demandez un late check-out, on vous demandera 30£! Bref, je ne recommande pas.

Hôtel bien situé mais globalement décevant. Chambres sans charme, mauvaise insonorisation aucun service de ménage en 3 nuits, erreur lors de la réservation (lit double alors que la réservation visait 2 lits simples), seulement trois ascenseurs donc beaucoup d’attente. Je pense que l’on peut trouver mieux à ce prix

Good place to stay for business
Check in was fast, room was good, and the lounge is amazing to work in. I wish the gym was a little bigger and had kettlebells, but I'm nitpicking at this point ;)

Arrival was disappointing, no staff to greet us or take our luggage in. Semi automated check in is very impersonal. Room is small, shower had cracked tiles, very little in the way of amenities, and the whole hotel is in need of a major update. Staff was very good, Called the hotel to arrange a pick up from the airport and was to told to take a cab. They did line up a car to take us back to the airport. I'd pass on this hotel until it gets renovated.

The Grand at Trafalgar Square is close and within walking distance to many important places in central London. It is close to Charing Cross and Embankment underground stations. It also has a grocery shop nearby. There is also a nice breakfast place there.

consiglio la posizione per i trasporti, da qui si possono raggiungere facilmente le attrazioni più importanti, ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi. Il personale all'accoglienza gentile, sarebbe utile che parlino altre lingue oltre l'inglese. La camera piccola e affaccio orribile su un cavedio di servizio, letto piccolo ma comodo, aria condizionata molto rumorosa, bagno comodo ma non funzionava l'estrattore d'aria per cui oltre la doccia facevi anche la sauna .... Nota di merito mi hanno concesso di occupare la stanza oltre l'orario di checkout , fino alle 14.00,grazie. La cauzione di 100 £ mi è stata accreditata in poche ore.

This was our first time in London and booked from reviews. Our stay was better than I could have imagined. All the sights are right there. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was so comfortable. I would certainly stay again.

This was our 4th stay at the Grand. We have found that the location is very central and allowed us to walk to the many restaurants, shopping, sight seeing, theatres etc. that we utilized!

The bed was so comfortable after a long flight. Staff we extremely helpful and welcoming. I loved walking just a block or two to the theater district and St James Park.

Excellent staff, the hotel very well located, many restaurant options even within the hotel. The only thing that did not satisfy me was that every day I had to ask for room cleaning service before 10 in the morning if not, they would not do it for you, I think it should be done as a rule.
