Hotel pratique, proche du métro, shopping, covent
Hotel de qualité à londres, proches de oxford, covent garden, des musicals. On peut tout faire a pied facilement. Literie confortable, salle de bain de standing grand à londres. Un brin rétro sur 2-3 prises dans les chambres, mais fonctionnel. Petit déjeuner buffet avec chaud et froid avec l’essentiel à disposition. Juste un petit couac avec le lecteur carte du lift pour monter dans les chambres qui fonctionne pas très bien. Plusieurs client se sont énervé quand j y étais. Sinon personnel très aimable avec les clients et souriant.

Apart from the small room/bed, everything was excellent! Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast (huge selection - we especially appreciated the freshly cut fruit, juices, yogurts, avocado and coffee), comfortable bed, soap etc. from REN and the location is very central (next to the British Museum) and close to different bus/tube stops.

The hotel is superbly located and easy to reach via the tube. Unfortunately that’s where it ends… no VIP Access acknowledgement on arrival or perks given during stay. Our room was on the 6th floor - poky & cramped - bathroom was tiny. The carpet in the corridor was stained and dirty - felt like we were in the servants quarters! Definitely not a 4 Star experience. Furniture / decor very dated. Tried to call for extra pillows - 3 calls went unanswered. Sunday morning we were treated to the fire alarm going off intermittently all morning so no fear of a lie in… housekeeping knocking several times a morning to get access to the room to clean made us feel like we were being rather an inconvenience. Overall, in spite of the excellent location, I don’t think we would stay again.

It's a nice enough hotel and I like Bloomsbury as a place to stay in London. It was the marathon weekend, so one expects a price hike. BUT - £583 pounds for two nights in a mid range hotel with no breakfast included is extortionate. They were asking for an additional £25 each for breakfast, so we had that round the corner at Leon. I get that it's all about supply and demand, but there's loads of other places in the World with great hotels at a fraction of the price, so won't be going back to London in a hurry.

Fantastic stay at the Kenilworth location of Radisson Blu! Perfect size room, accommodation was excellent and the amenities were very nice. Loved the little “clean room/do not disturb” switch inside the room, wish more hotels did that. Was a convenient location for public transit and getting around London. Only about 30 minutes walk from Big Ben. Will be returning to London and plan to come back to this location of Radisson Blu. Thank you to all the staff!!!

Chose this hotel for close proximity to the museum, and it was a 1 minute walk away which was super convenient. Got breakfast included and did not disappoint, highly recommend going to their attached restaurant. Rooms were nice and simple, appreciated the umbrella to use during stay, and complimentary slippers which we used for the next couple stays around UK. Check in and out was fast thanks to kind staff. The lift (elevator) was very small, barely able to fit 4 people in it, but we just used it when we checked in and out with all our bags, however don't expect other guests to take the hint and use the stairs.

Requested twin room was told that as I had not booked direct with them I was given a double so mother and adult daughter had to sleep together and then was made to pay another 150 just in case I spent anything in the hotel, coincidentally the cost of breakfast every day which we did not book or need !! If you don’t want anyone to book anything other than direct remove yourselves from other platforms. It did spoil our weekend theatre break somewhat. Will not book this chain again.

The room wasn’t what I expected. A lot smaller than the picture stated. And nothing like the lovely, fresh, bright entrance that that you walk in to. The reception area and the bedroom was like too different hotels. Hotel room was dark, small and basic. Not worth the price.
