We were in London for 10 days and went to 3 different hotels and areas. Point A Kings Cross is by far the best place to stay! Very nice hotel, best location, nice room, very good and affordable breakfast and outstanding service and personnel who goes out of their way to make your stay the most enjoyable! I highly recommend this hotel!

Ne pas choisir cet hôtel
Hôtel catastrophique. -Pas de ménage dans la chambre pendant votre séjour - le lit ne sera pas fait pendant votre séjour. - pas de serviette propre chaque jour -Pas d'armoire ou placard pour ranger vos vêtements -Wc/sdb très petit. Pas de douchette. Il ne faut pas être grand - travaux en face de l'hôtel avec un démarrage à 7h30 samedi compris ! - déjeuner très cher pour manger un croissant et boire un thé. De plus salle pleine chaque matin. Il faut attendre une table - personnels ne parle que anglais - Wifi capté très mal (3eme étage) - pas d'oreillers supplémentaires dans les chambres. très déçu, je ne vous recommande pas cet hôtel. La direction n'est pas attentive au confort des clients.

Hôtel pratique mais très cher pour le niveau de qualité. Surtout ne prenez pas les chambres sans fenêtre au sous-sol : une odeur d’égout insupportable. Mais l’hôtel est plein il faut faire avec Très mauvaise insonorisation Et le petit déjeuner copieux est mauvais (beaucoup de choix mais pas terrible)

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. ABER... Ich würde es nicht wieder buchen. Wenn man weiß, dass einige Zimmer keinen WLAN-Zugang haben, dieses aber verspricht, ist es schon eine Täuschung. Beim Zimmertausch funktionierte dann der Fön nicht und die Klimaanlage hat ihr Bestes gegeben und die ganze Nacht kalte Luft ins Zimmer gepustet. Man kann sie ausstellen, allerdings springt sie nach 5 Minuten wieder an. Wenn man glutenfreies Frühstück anbietet, sollte man darauf achten, dass die Krümel nicht überall in den offenen Joghurtportionen usw. zu finden sind. Insgesamt ist es eine gute Option für Durchreisende ohne WLAN-Bedarf und Ansprüche bzw. Unverträglichkeiten. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön.

This hotel was perfect for getting an early Eurostar train the next morning. Clean and comfortable room for a short stay. Great shower and quiet place. Special shout out to Muhammad who helped me check in after I arrived late after travel disruption and was very helpful, much appreciated thank you!

Very compact room but served its purpose. Easy walking distance from King’s Cross. Lovely friendly staff and security entry. Only negative would be the noise as you do hear a bit of traffic and everyone’s doors / creaky floors.

Really conveniently located to St Pancras in Kings Cross. Easy access to transportation. Hotel was clean and modern, check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small, so maybe not ideal for an extended stay, but great for us for a short visit.

Very close to St. Pancras International. An easy 10 minute walk (for the walking impaired, there are ramps the whole way and easy crossing at the end of Argyle St.)

The property has been updated but the rooms are very small and condensed. They do not offer the typical room amenities that you would find in other high class hotel chains. Other than that it’s a cute hotel.

Es sollte vorab klarer kommuniziert werden, was ein Early-Check-In oder die Aufbewahrung von Gepäck kostet. So waren wir vor der Check-In-Zeit im Hotel und wollten zumindest unsere Koffer einlagern. Zunächst war nur ein kostenpflichtiger Early-Check-In möglich, den wir ablehnten. Auf die Frage, ob wir zumindest die Koffer schon im Hotel lassen könnten, wurde ebenfalls mit einem kostenpflichtigen Angebot erwidert. Als wir erneut ablehnten, war ganz plötzlich doch schon ein Zimmer bezugsfertig und wir konnten vor der eigentlichen Zeit kostenlos einchecken. Offensichtlich versucht man zunächst, noch ein paar Pfund aus dem Gast herauszukitzeln. Das wirkte nicht besonders professionell und hat bereits den ersten Eindruck getrübt.

Nice that it is near the train station. Bathroom is extremely tiny and separated from the room by a frosted glass door which can be awkward if you aren’t staying with a significant other. Not bad on a budget.

Nice staff, clean hotel, convenient for Kings Cross. We felt safe there and would stay there again.

Obliging and friendly hotel staff. Ideal location for St Pancras. Competitively priced, clean, comfortable with an excellent breakfast. What more could you want?
