Hélas pas très positif .De la ventilation Coulait de l eau en faisant beaucoup de bruit le sol était plein d eau, nous avons informé à la réception , en rentrant le soir toujours le même problème le lendemain la managers nous annonce qu ils vont le réparer sans s excuser on a pas pu Dormir Le soir en rentrant même problème et enfin une dame de la réception nous a changé de chambre. Pas d excuses rien,Pour un hôtel sois disant 4 étoiles ce n est pas une bonne publicité .

Location, location, location! Stuff is friendly and accommodating. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Only concern was the size of the room. In case you are an over 6 feet couple, you might consider another option. No space for baggage in the room, we had to keep our stuff on the bed. Relatively, small bed for two tall people. Ok, for overnight but not for a long stay.

The property was convenient for Paddington station and local restaurants. The staff were excellent. The hotel room was small enough but the bathroom, at a total length of 5ft 6" and narrow enough to bang ones elbows against the shower cubicle on one side of the sink and the wall on the other, was claustrophobic.
