Inside you`ll find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, two fridges, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dryer, along with a comfortable living area featuring a dining table, sofa, armchairs and a large smart TV with Netflix. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed while the second bedroom offers a single bed, for extra guests a sofa bed is also in the living area, all beds dressed in hotel-quality linen and towels. A private roof terrace provides a wonderful outdoor space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

No Parties or Smoking
This is a peaceful home, parties, events, and smoking are not allowed. Breaking this rule may result in being asked to leave immediately, along with charges for extra cleaning or damages.

Be a Good Neighbour
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m. We ask all guests to respect the neighbours and treat the space as if it were your own home.

Keys & Lockouts
Keys must always be returned to the lockbox at checkout. If you get locked out or fail to return the keys on time, a callout fee of at least £50+ will apply to regain access or prepare for the next guests.

Lost or Damaged Keys
If keys are lost or damaged, a replacement fee of at least £100 will be charged.
