Ceci est un beau grand appartement avec entrée indépendante. L'appartement a un grand couloir avec salle à manger pour 4 personnes. Grande cuisine ouverte / salle de réception avec portes françaises donnant sur le patio. Il y a deux chambres à coucher, toutes les deux avec un lit king size (5ft) dont une avec salle de bains. Il y a une deuxième salle de bain avec douche (salle d'eau). Grand espace de rangement dans les deux chambres. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec lave-linge, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur / congélateur. Télé et wi-fi haut débit.

Family Vacation

Stayed at this flat with my husband and two adult children. Location was very convenient. Near multiple tube stations and lots of restaurants and shops. Flat was well stocked with all needed supplies, including a washer and dryer with detergent. Would definitely stay here again.

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat! Clean and niceely decorated. Beautiful garden area, but no lights to go out in the evening. Washer, but dryer didnt work. The description only said washer, but I just assumed there would be a dryer. The only problem for us was it was quite far from where we spent most of our time seeing sights. That was my fault because I didn't research the location, as I should have, before choising. It was a lovely neighborhood in "Shephards Bush." We took Uber's everywhere,because we didnt feel confident we knew the transportation system, and we, usually on a time limit. The ownervwas very responsive to any questions we had.

Ideal flat in an ideal location

Like the listing says, it's on a quiet street within a 5-minute walk from an Underground station, shopping, groceries, sundries and restaurants.The directions and check in process could not have been easier, and the listing accurately describes the property. There were plenty of dishes, flatware and kitchen utensils, and a solid set of appliances that worked well. The flat itself was spotlessly clean.The property manager couldn't have been more helpful, responding to updates and questions from us within minutes via the VRBO app.A simple checklist for concluding our stay was crystal clear. Wonderful stay!

Pictures and the map location don't do this property justice. It is perfectly clean, nicely decorated, full of amenities, spacious, and extremely comfortable. My son and I stayed here while exploring London to celebrate his graduation from medical school. The flat could easily accommodate four or more. The patio and gardens outside the back door were very enjoyable.Once we got the hang of the nearby bus station and subway, commuting around London was a breeze. The neighborhood has some quaint pubs and if that wasn't enough, Kennsington and Notting Hill were very close.This is a great property. Thank you to Georgia for hosting us!

Gem of a find!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location to stores, subway, and restaurants was perfect! Our host was very helpful and friendly. Our couches to relax in were very comfortable, showers were nice and the beds were amazing. Our host thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable, we would come back here again!

Lovely Flat!

Everything was so comfortable in this flat! Way bigger than expected and close to the tube and many grocery stores and restaurants. Only thing we wished was there to make the experience better was a streaming device like a Roku instead of just the basic tv options. But that is such a small thing and did not ruin our experience at all! Perfect place for getting around central london! Highly recommend!

This VRBO Gets a Gold Star! It is a two bedroom and two bathroom unit with two toilets. It was stocked with many convenience including a washer and drawer unit. The notes from owner were very helpful. Thanks to the owner for thinking of everything!

London 4 day visit

Very easy checkin ! Host was friendly and helpful with what ever we needed. Location was close to tube station which made it easy to get to All the locations we wanted to go. Residential neighborhood which was quiet. There were some local restaurants near by and some shopping near the tube station.

A fantastic apartment stay in London!

This basement apartment was spacious, clean, and well organized. The beds were large and comfortable, with multiple pillows. There was a bathroom with a shower option, as well as a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. It is located near a modern shopping mall, and fascinating Shepards Bush Market, as well as many restaurants. The location is convenient to catch buses, and the Tube. The hostess is friendly and accommodating. The only small detail to keep in mind, is that the outside steps down to the apartment might be challenging to seniors with balance, or mobility issues, or those who still travel with very large suitcases.

A great location, easy walk to underground.

We enjoyed our stay. Things to be aware of. If you have mobility issues, be warned that it is a pretty steep stairway down to the front door. Once in the door, there are no issues. We would have loved to spend more time in the back garden, a nice area to relax, but we had too much rain to enjoy it to its fullest. We enjoyed the big fluffy towels and the coffee that was already in the apartment. The milk in the fridge was very welcome. The beds were a bit firmer than we are used to, but we find that an issue most everywhere we travel. Overall, we felt it was a great value for the location and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Flat

Everything was as shown in the photos - clean, quaint and bright. The location was close to a train station, a market and a restaurant/pub in one area, and it was a short walk to several other neighborhoods. Our host left a booklet with lots of information on places to visit and suggestions for day trips, as well as locations of grocery stores, restaurants, information on theaters, symphonies, bus tour companies & boat tours. The flat itself is a basement flat, but it was nice & bright with lots of windows and an outdoor garden area. The bedrooms were comfortable & the bathrooms were clean and had soap shampoo/conditioner. The flat had a galley kitchen with all kinds of matching dishes, lots of cookware/pots & pans, etc., and lots of nice heavy cutlery. This neighborhood has basement flats for all the buildings, but please note that the steps going down to the flat are quite steep and narrow. All in all, the flat was delightful and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you Georgia!

Flat 17 Sinclair Gardens

The size of the flat was much larger than pictures show. The flat was very comfortable and cozy. Very clean! Close to The Tube and stores. Lots of close by shopping if needed and great restaurants. I would book this flat again. My family was very pleased with the flat.

Very good!

The flat was so nice and extremely well-stocked and was bigger than it looked in the pictures. We had very pretty yard/garden. It was a little too chilly to sit out there while we were there but it was still so nice to look at. Very pretty and well kept. The neighborhood was very nice and it was only about a five minute walk to the underground so it was very easy to get around. The mall was nearby too which was great. Some great restaurants nearby as well. We would definitely recommend this property and we would stay there again next time we visit London!

Convenient, clean, & comfortable!

Georgia is a very responsive and accommodating host. The flat actually felt bigger in person than it looked in the pictures! It was very clean and comfortable and the hair dryer and iron came in handy. Easy walk to the tube station at Shepherd’s Bush which made it super convenient to get into Central London to see the sights. Felt like a more realistic London experience versus just staying in a hotel downtown. The only thing some people might not like is that you can hear the people above you moving around sometimes (typical city living). It was not bothersome or very loud, but I know some people can be particular and I want to leave an honest review for others considering booking. I, however, highly recommend this lovely location!

Same time next year! We traveled to London as a group of four and were delighted to have received such thorough directions on how to access and enter the home. Upon entering we immediately noticed the detailed guidebook, fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, milk, and complimentary water. To our surprise, they also provided several converter outlets, which was both a pleasant and thoughtful surprise! The beds are comfy, both the heat and hot water were much appreciated, the neighborhood is quiet, it’s a four minute walk to the nearest train station, which offers both over and underground rail services, there’s a local mall close to the apartment and Westfield mall next to the tram. This was a great location for our first trip to London and the location is not as far out as I originally expected; which was another pleasant surprise. We’ve made incredible memories thanks to the safety, security, and hospitality provided and we look forward to returning again!

Our week's stay was pleasant and safe.

Our family of 3 enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and located just a short walk to the Shepard's Bush tube station. It was also near the Westfield mall. It was nicer than it appeared in the photos online. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and the host provided lots of local information which was helpful. Would definitely recommend this property!

Nicely furnished, well outfitted for this amateur chefs evenings of cooking in, conveniently located for access to shopping and the tube system, a perfect hub for our three week exploration of all London has to offer. Very nice stay in an excellent location

The administrative procedure was very adequate. It went very smoothly no hick up whatsoever. From the first contact to the reimbursement of the deposit (one day after out return home!) Georgia it was absolutely excellent. Then the reception by George, it was very helpful and adequate also. We will always remember him for his suggestion to go to the Havelock Tavern when we asked him for a place to have dinner. Well if you are staying at this apartment don't hesitate to go there. It's a few minute's walk and the food is very good. We tried it several times during our stay. If you prefer posh dining don't go here if you like good traditional food in a friendly atmosphere, this is the place to be! Then the apartment itself. This a very good location for a group of two couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. (One ensuite, the other one just outside the room). The kitchen was very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, you mention it it was there. Also there was enough cutlery for four people. The same goes for the seats and sofa. We did not watch television but we did check if it worked and it did. The weather did not permit us to use the outside patio, but in summer it must be a delight to sit there and have breakfast or a cup of coffee. It is a basement apartment so you need to go down a rather steep staircase but it was very well lit at night and no real problem to go up or down. Nice touch was the two converter plugs they provided so you could use your own phone charger or styling brush. One shelve of the book case was crammed with all kinds of guides to London and Great Britain. Oh did I say it was clean? No it was not clean, It was absolutely spotless! So a good flat with good beds. All four of us would certainly recommend it. Also because it is only a five minutes walk to an underground station (Sheperds Bush) so all of London is at your feet. If we are in London again we will be back! Thanks Georgia and George!
