Perfect layover sleep
Very comfortable bed and pleasant room. Staff is also very kind and helpful. Best way to get there is the public bus, but it is not clear how you catch that bus from the airport.

Hotel correct mais avec un restaurant assez limité en terme de choix. Je trouve dommage que pour un hôtel si proche de l'aéroport le déjeuner ne commence qu'à 6h30 du matin. L'intérieur mériterait un rafraichissement, c'est relativement ancien.

This hotel was great. We started our trip with a different hotel but it was so bad that we left that place and booked this hotel instead and we are so happy we did. We got an accessible room even though we didn’t ask for one and it was huge. The bathroom in this room was bigger than the whole room we had at the original hotel we booked. The location was great with bus stops right in front of the hotel making it easy to get in and out of the city everyday. And finally huge shoutout to the night time desk crew, Masani, Afzal, and Domingos. These guys were amazing with helping when my mom had an accident in the shower coming to help right away and then helping us to arrange additional transport. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed here for two nights and paid less for a week in Portugal. That is a ridiculous price and I wouldn't stay here again. In addition, with that price, breakfast is not included? Just because you can get people to pay these prices, doesn't mean that you should. I will stay elsewhere on my next work trip.

After 21 days driving the UK and staying at 10 different accommodations the Hyatt at Heathrow was the perfect way to spend our last night in UK. The rooms were perfect to relax before a 24 hours of travel ahead of us. Great breakfast followed by a workout in well appointed Gym.

Nice and clean hotel. Welcoming and helpful reception staff. Rooms small but clean and functional. Quiet. Easy walking access to restaurants. Only lowlight not fault of hotel is I took the hotelhoppa to get there. They don’t stick to a schedule, took forever. Take London bus instead U3 or A4.
